Agile Engagement and Meetings
Optus
At Optus, I contributed heavily to my squad’s organisation, including defining objectives and key results (OKR’s), quarterly business requirements, our social contract, our definitions of ready and done, and our squad purpose.
I was responsible for running agile ceremonies including morning stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
I also oversaw the creation of my squad’s visual area management.
Vodafone
While at Vodafone, I was responsible for driving P-League, the digital producer chapter meeting.
I was also responsible for running and contributing to agile ceremonies and planning meetings to deliver larger pieces of work.
Westfield
At Westfield, I was responsible for running various project driven meetings, including weekly project leads catch-ups, vendor engagement meetings, sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retro’s, and other key stakeholder meetings.
I also drove many day-to-day BAU meetings to deliver minor work.
SBS
At SBS, I was responsible for running morning editorial stand-ups.
I was also responsible for running various daily and weekly meetings for The World Game application project and the content and statistics feeds upgrade project, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, retro’s, and vendor engagement.
Universal Music Australia
At Universal Music Australia, I was responsible for chairing weekly digital production/sales meetings.
I also ran weekly meetings with marketing managers, with third-party labels, and with the international digital production team.
Fox Sports
At Fox Sports, I was responsible for running daily meetings with the digital production team for the new site build project, as well as meetings with other stakeholders.
MIA
At MIA, I was responsible for running weekly and monthly Optus client meetings.
I was also responsible for overseeing weekly and monthly meetings with representatives from each major record label.
I also ran numerous meetings in service of delivering large and special projects.
